Center Email Publication

Hi Guys,

Can someone please help me with this. I'm trying to create a newsletter in
Microsoft Publisher 2007. Content of newsletter is one image and while its
selected I cannot select center on top. It shows left aligned in Email
Preview as well as if I check it in Outlook.
