Client access from ie

Thanks Matt. I looked at the add-ins in explorer, and disabled all of the
ones added by the Yahoo messenger client. Bingo!, I am up and working. I
didn't realised that the extras from Yahoo included a Pop-up blocker, but in
either case, that is what caused it in my case
