I am having some problems deploying Com+ packages to production servers. I
assume it's because the DLL's are loaded in memory and cannot be deleted by
appcenter.

I thought the IISreset performed by App Center would allow the deployment to
work but I still get partial deployments..any thoughts????

I'm looking for help on the same problem. The past 3 deployments that we
have done have resulted in the annoying SUCCEEDED (PARTIAL) status. I'm not
sure what was successful about it.

One of these 3 applications had never been on the cluster so I can't fathom
how it could have been that the dlls were loaded in memory still but that's
a thought that I did not have...
