Computer keeps rebooting after SP4 install

After installing SP4, I was asked to reboot the computer,
and thereafter, as soon as Windows loads 3/4 of the way,
the system reboots. Even trying to load in a Safe or
Troubleshooting mode doesn't work. An added complication
is that I no longer have the original Win2k installation
CD. Help please!

able to start up after that. I recomend removing Anti
Virus before installing SP4. Also allow 5 min before
reboots..only way I could start safe mode. ??
