Cookies

I have forgotten where to be able to choose cookies to prompt me b4 usage,
etc. Can someone point me in the right direction? Using W98SE, IE 5.5

Hi there - sorry if this is a basic question. I recently
installed the service pack upgrade for IE6 and since then
have been unable to access my banking site - message comes
back that my cookies have been disabled. Cannot find how
to switch these back on.....could anybody help please.
