Create ZIP from command line

Replace "W" with "L"

Not sure, but Winzip has a command line addon for Winzip for this exact
thing. It works great.

(Personally, one of the first things I do when I install XP is unregister
zipfldr.dll. The way the zip support was implemented in XP leaves much to
be desired, although it's a good idea.)
