CRM Contacts, Appointments does not Synchronize with SF0
Also within the SFO client click the CRM Tools menu and then select
Options. Uncheck all the checkboxes for Contacts, My Appointments, and My
Tasks and click OK. Restart Outlook and then go back into the CRM Tools
menu and this time check all the checkboxes for Contacts, My Appointments,
and My Tasks. This will then create the proper registry values on the
client for offline use. Once this is done try going offline and see if the
records are available in Outlook.
If the above does not work make sure the client is online and then open the
registry editor on the client and goto HKLM | SOFTWARE | Microsoft | MSCRM.
Within the MSCRM registry key modify the value OutlookSyncDate and set the
year back one year. So for example, if the year within the value is 2004
set this to 2003. Click OK and restart Outlook once again. Try going
offline and see if the records are now available in Outlook.
