Is there a way to send the customer a differential back up or a transaction
log back up to reduce the size.

If you are using SSIS you could use a package to compress the files before
shipping.

Are you using SQL 2005 or SQL 2000.

100 gigabytes over FTP unless you are using a quality client daily is goin g
to be tough. Especially if you are being charged for bandwidth.
