Data warehouse problems

Can anybody advise on the following problems with data warehouse database?

1. The PathInfo table is missing.
2. ReferrerU and ReferrerD columns are missing from Visit table.
3. Relation between Products and OrderFormLineItem is broken. The productsid
column in OrderFormLineItem table populated with 0x00000001 value.
