Hell-o all,
Installed sp4 on an HP server acting as a DC, and now cannot log into the
server at the console. A user was still able to log in from a workstation.
Recieve the following error;

The oridinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link library
USERENV.dll.

Researched the knowledge base with no luck. Any ideas or clues on how to
resolve this issue?
