DCA on Win2k3 problem...Gets SQL Client Not Found

When trying to connect to the database we get a dialog after putting in the
server/credentials and database....Says "SQL Client Not Found"

Any ideas?

This is using SP1

This is a machine that was "upgraded" from Windows .NET Server RC2 to
Windows Server 2003 release
