Discount cache pointing to pre-FP1CS2002 Starter Site (FP1) web.co

Just wanted to point out that the <caches> section of the web.confg which was
unpupped using the CS2002StarterSite_FP1.pup contains the following line:

<cache name="Discounts" type="Discounts" refreshInterval="0"
retryInterval="60"/>

as opposed to:

<cache name="Discounts" type="MarketingDiscounts" refreshInterval="0"
retryInterval="60"/>

I can't say for sure, but this may be because not everyone who implements
FP1 chooses to implement the new Marketing resource. I have several clients
who implemented FP1 to get the new Catalog Manager, but chose not to
implement the Marketing resource.

I figured I would post (just in case) 'cause it took me a significant amount
of time to realize that this was the cause. (Creating a discount in Bizdesk,
and seeing it appear in the codebehind is what gave me the Eureka!!)
