Hello Daniel,
Make sure that all DNS servers have a secondary DNS on the NIC to another domain DNS server. Can you post an unedited ipconfig /all from all DC's. Are you also use reverse lookup zones? Are all servers listed correct in the zones on all DNS servers? Change the primary DNS to the other site DNS and itself to secondary. Also if this error occurs only after startup you can ignore it.
