Default DNS "Can't Find Server Name.."

Working on getting our root replica up and going. It has
DNS installed on it, and is working with the other root
replicas fine, however when I do a NSLOOKUP I get a
message "*** Can't find server name for address 10.x.x.x:
Non-existant domain".

The NSLOOKUP does work (i.e. resolves addresses), and
does use the server I am doing it from.

Any ideas?

Dave Clark <dave.clark@ddess.org> posted a question
Then Kevin replied below:

That means nslookup cannot find a reverse lookup zone for the IP it is
looking at for DNS. Configure a reverse lookup zone and PTR record the
message will go away.
