Does SharePoint Server 2007 work with Project Server 2003
I wouldn't.
I'd wait until Project Server 2007 is out (if it isn't already) and then upgrade to MOSS 2007 and Project Server 2007. Why suffer the problems of synchronization between two different worlds longer than you need to ?
