"Can't move items" is the errormessage when a user wants
to move e-mails from the inbox to a folder created in the
inbox, the user's outlook profile is 2 Gb and I've heared
that exchange has a limit for 1.7 Gb and this is causing
this problem, does anyone have an idea ?

Exchange has no limit, Outlook PST files (pre OL2003) have a 2 GB limit.
If you're not dealing with PST files then you're not hitting this limit.
Try running isinteg -fix -pri -test alltests.
