Default Error when editing campaigns in Business Desk

Hello,

I am receiving the following error message when working with campaigns
within the business desk. I have a feeling it is a MSXML issue. One
do***ent I have read suggested adding the version number to the MSXML
Server.CreateObject calls to various .asp pages, but that was already done in
the .asp pages that I have seen. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Error Type:

msxml4.dll (0x80072EE5)

The URL is invalid

/msib21bizdesk/productionrefresh/refresh.asp, line 89

Browser Type:

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

Page:

POST 111 bytes to /msib21bizdesk/productionrefresh/refresh.asp

POST Data:

actiontype=refresh&cache_list=Advertising&app_list =http%3A%2F%2FS51772%3A80%24%2480%2Fmsib21&__bdtas kid=refresh

Check out KB312989:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312989/en-us

"If a URL contains more than two spaces, the ServerXMLHTTP object may fail
with the following error message:
Run-time error '-2147012891 (80072ee5)' The URL is invalid "

If that turns out not to be your issue, let us know and we'll try to help.

regards
