Error with clip art in Frontpage

Could someone please tell me why and how to fix this.

Recently, while using FP 2002, I went to insert clip art
only for a message to come up that said:

Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. No such
interface supported. Error Code 0x80004002

Do I need to reinstall FP again? I did do Fix and Repair
but it hasn't fixed this.
