Hello-

I keep receiving the following errors when I try to run the Baseline
****yzer. In addition to the errors below, it keeps wanting me to
install the XML Parser 4.0 for XP SP2 (MSXML), which I have done. Note
I never received errors before installing SP2.

I haven't seen this error before, but please be sure you have the latest
version of MSXML installed (latest 3.0 version is SP5. Latest 4.0 version
is SP2).

When installing MSXML, if it is on top of an existing version, you may want
to perform a REPAIR installation to ensure all files are exactly in the
state they should be. I have noticed that sometimes a REPAIR fixes issues
that a re-install or upgrade cannot. I hope that helps...
