Exchange 2000 Error

When sending an email from a MAPI user to a MAPI user,i receive the
following error message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Tamer AMamdouh on 9/4/2003 9:19 AM

None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

can someone help us pls how to solve this problem

Hi Tamer,

What happens if the email address is typed into the To line as opposed to
picking the user from the GAL or Contacts, does this work?
