Has anyone received this message, or can you tell me what it means?

I have a custom pipeline component that I have added to the pipeline.
At one point yesterday, I was able to receive 2,250 messages with the
MSH3 being populated as programmed. After about an hour, the
accelerator bombed out and I am getting this message when I try to
send more messages.

I have tried reinstalling the Accelerator and using the default
pipelines and still get the same error.
