ISA 2004, SP1. Client=XP SP2.

After installing FWC, a local application, ice.exe (MC2), stops responding
when closing. The app disappears making the user believe it is closed, but if
they try to open it back up, nothing happens. Task Manager shows it not
responding and the only thing you can do is end the task. I have disabled the
FWC and the same behavior occurs. I uninstall the FWC and the problem goes
away.

Anyone have any ideas???
