Google Suggest for MOSS 2007?

I would like to implement Google Suggest style searching for a MOSS 2007 site.

Google Suggest displays a drop-down list of potential search terms according
to what the user enters, and displays the number of results for the term.

Update:
I have impleneted Ajax for ASP.NET by downloading the toolkit from
http://ajax.asp.net/. This comes with a AutoCompleteExtender control which
provides the front end functionality, and calls a Web Service to get results.
I'm assuming now all that I need to do is build a web service to call the
MOSS 2007 search API, and bob is your uncle.

If anyone knows of an easier / more integrated / out of the box approach
please post.
