Default Hard drive is no longer initialized

I have a windows 2003 standard server. Users can no longer access the server
and I get pagging errors in the event viewer. Disk management shows that my
Hard drive is no longer initialized and there is only the one drive in the
system. The server is still up and I can access all the data but I am
worried that if I reboot the server will not come back up. I am backing up
all data right now. How do I fix my drive with out loosing data?
