When forwarding an e-mail for spam control how do I send
the full header?

Bring up the source by hitting ctrl key and F3 at the same time. Place
cursor in window and copy, then paste the full header into the new mail.

Message/Forward as attachment will sent the complete message, including
headers, as an attachment.

I'm getting more familar with headers as I progress with this program. However, I do not know all that is associated with them. I'm trying to determine specific information from a portal we are designing. Each section is prefaced by an <a name..> value. Can I use this to gather the data needed
