help!

I went to a site that would not let me in because I did
not have 128 bit encryption??? what does this mean, and
how do I go about getting it? please email me

all you have to do is turn on 128-bit encryption in IE
properties... also, it isnt available before a certain
version of IE, and im trying to remember which one... it
may be 5, but i cant remember... anyway, check your
version, and enable it in properties (advanced tab)... you
should be ok then.
