Help on mount file system

Hello:

I am try to get the solution on offline backup consolation in one
backup server. I have SAN storage at about total more than 26 Volume.

Assumption all the othe server can be switch off. Is it possible to
mount all the SAN volume into one backup server as mount point without
drive letter? So that I can backup all the Volume in single computer?

How about the junction point? Is it different with mount point?
