Default Home folders

Can anyone instruct me how to change the default path that 2003 sbs likes to
have as users shared folder. I installed 2003 sbs and by default, there is a
user’s shared folder that was already "shared". I want my home folders
located in an extended e: shared folder for serious growth.

When I right click a users "my docs", I can not change the path. When I
change the path in their non-roaming profile, restart, their "my docs" path
did not change.

I am looking for the identical solution I was told it may be in the
