I read that we can monitor SQL mirroring using SCOM 2007, but I could
not figure out how we can do that? There are specific things that I
was looking to monitor and I am not sure how I can configure /
override SQL management pack to do that

1. How would management pack discover my principal and mirror
database?
2. What all events would it monitor in case of failure?
3. What all performance counters does it monitor?
4. How would it work in case of fail over?

I would appreciate if you could point me to some do***entation of what
all monitors / discovery / rules and alerts are available with SQL
management pack.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

(Note: I tried looking for that information in SQL Management pack
do***entation but did not find any details of how I can use it for
Replication and Mirroring)
