how do i add do***ent library in a site

Hi ,

how can i add a do***ent library called myLibrary to the SPWeb site called
mySite?

The purpose is that when the user clicks on the site: mySite he will see
the do***ent library myLibrary part of Do***ents section in the site
contents section

You should have approp. rights to create a library in MySite. I haven't
tried creating a library in MySite myself so i can not guarantee that this
would work but there is no harm in trying.
