How do I install a PCI ETERNET ADAPTER CARD

My desktop computer tells me I need to reinstall the
driver for my network adapter card. It is a PCI ETHERNET
of which I don't have the driver. How do I get a universal
driver from the Windows Driver Folder?

You don't. You need to locate the CDROM or floppy diskette that came with
the network card and install those drivers.
