Hi


I am working with an antiSpyware application, i want to know could i
get notified when an application attempts to connect internet(my
computer is already connected with internet, means my computer
internet connection is on).

Could anybody please let me know how to accomplish this using win32
API's or MFC, any hints or source code will be appriciated.
