Default How to mark several calendar items as Private?

I have years of calendar items, meetings etc in Outlook?
Now I need to start sharing Outlook with colleagues, so is
there a way I can mark ALL my previous Calendar items as
private? without having to go into each individual one and
mark as private?

Export your calendar to Excel. Mark the column with the appropriate True or
False (I forget which). Then import it back into Outlook.
