How to move Transactions Suspended to Work Queue in BizTalk Server

Hi
Present we are using BizTalk Server 2002, if any transaction goes to
Suspend Queue, manuvally changes and resubmit to Work Queue.

I didn't find like that facility in BizTalk Server 2004, how to move failure
Transactions to Resubmit Working Queue. Please give me an Idea, how to move
jobs one state another state.
