I repartitioned my computer's hard disk and then reinstalled Windows 2K.
Everything worked fine, until I tried to start MSIE. That's when I received the message IEXPLORE.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. And MSIE promptly terminated. I can't upgrade to version 6 of the Explorer. I tried deleting several unneeded software programs. I tried running MSIE in Safe mode, but the result was the same. I'm almost certain the solution is to remove some key in the registry, but I don't know which one to remove and don't want to damage the system by experimenting and removing the wrong key. Can anyone help? accordeoniste@avenuecable.com |
