Importing Notes from Palm Contacts

I am importing all of my Palm Pilot Contact information
from the Palm Desktop to Outlook in Office XP. I do not
see where I can import the "Notes" field from Palm to
Outlook. Also my Palm base four fields labled "Custom
1,2,3,4), does anyone know how to import these fields as
well.
