installation error with crm reporting pack
Hi Ted~
Did you try looking at the install log file that is created when installing
the reporting pack for a more detailed error message? To do this you may
need to attempt to reinstall the report pack again but this time run the
command 'SQLReportPackCRM.msi /LV c:\installreportpack.log' from the Start
| Run dialog box. Do not included the single quotes. This install will then
create a log file. Once the setup errors out go to the C: drive and open
the file installreportpack.log with notepad and check for any detailed
errors message. Please update the thread with the error message.
