Default Installing micorsoft-crm with an existing Active Directory

If an organization has an existing domain "company.com", do we need to create
a new domain for ms-crm "company-crm.com"? Can we create a sub-domain
"crm.company.com" and what are the implications?

You only need to create a new domain if that is what you want. You can install
CRM into an existing domain and pick a "parent" OU in the existing AD structure
to house the new AD objects it will create.
