I am getting the following message when trying to install MOM reporting. We
have a SQL cluster that has the one point database on it and we are trying
to install the SQL reporting services database for mom there as well. We
have another box that has SQl reporting services installed running SP1.

Failed to Data Warehouse schema. Error Code: -2147467259 (Unspecified error)
Failed to create MOM database. Error Code: -2147467259

Hello Jennifer,

Please check this out on your SQL server.

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA
Dword DisableLoopbackCheck = 1 (KB 896861)
Reboot your SQL Server and try again.

This worked for me.

Kind Regards,
