After installing SP4 I ran Norton disk cleanup to make
space etc on my HD. I now have difficulty accessing
websites and get run time errors, page cannot open and
pages of meaningless text. I cannot download anything as
the progress bar stops after a short while (4kb in the
case of Norton update)

I have tried changing cables etc as it appeared to be an
dodgy electrical connection but I'm now sure it's internet
explorer.

Anyone any idea?
