I recently got my PC back from servicing (reformatted), I
have win XP with 3 users + Guest ,all 3 are
administrators. I downloaded all the updates in Win
Update under 1 user and now internet explorer will refuse
to click on any buttons (not even the google search
button works!). This error only appears on the 2 accounts
that were not used to download the updates-the account
that was used still works fine. I have deleted and then
remade the 2 accounts but it still doesn't work! Could
someone please help me solve this?

Always go to Windows Update logged on as Administrator, Lina. I would do so
now. Disable your anti-virus application the entire time you're at Windows
Update or when downloading/installing from any MS Page.
