invalid page fault in kernel32.dll

I have created my own html page. When myself and other users click on the
"submit" button on one of the forms I designed- the following error comes up
and the IE closes: invalid page fault in kernel32.dll

Is there an onsubmit handler for the form? Or an onclick handler for
the "Submit" button? The problem must be in script that's being
triggered when you click the button.
