Invalid Registry Entries Wont Clear/one care

Hi,
I have been running windows live one care clean up scan to help keep my PC
running well and up to this point it has done the job, but the last few times
it cannot clear 4 invalid registry entries, I have run my virus checker and
it says all is well. How can I clear them please if the one care cannot?
