Is it possible to use IPSec to route specific traffic?

Hi,

Is it possible to configure IPSec at remote computer and computer at home so
certain traffic from remote computer (Destined to specific TCP port) would
flow through IPSec tunnel of sort to home computer instead of using default
gateway on remote computer?

No. IPSec is not a router. You should use other tools to route your traffic
as you want.
