Hi,

I work for an organization that has 14 servers, 90
workstations, 5 switches, 5 network printers. Can someone
tell me if SMS 2003 is the right solution for me? I will
like to have full patch management control and hardware
inventory capabilites. I have recently downloaded the SMS
Server 2003 evaluation version from the internet. It
appears to do a lot more than what I want. Is this a good
investment for our organization, or is it overkill for our
situation? Thanks.

For the cost SMS might be overkill and SUS a better way to go if you have AD
in place. You wont get inventory with SUS though which would be a drawback.
