Default ISA 2004 - issues with web publishing for a path

Hi there,

I'm fairly new to ISA so f****ve me for that up front.

I am trying to configure ISA purely as a web proxy, it is a server with
a single NIC so i have chose that default configuration.

I am having issues with publishing websites. If i publish the entire
website everything works

we have 3 applications running on it (/Viz, /STAD, /LNOS%20FW%20UI)

I want to publish only the /Viz Site

if I set the Path to be /* everything works, can access all sites using
the ISA ip.

If i set the path to be /Viz the proxy fails

Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

I setup network monitor and when i look at the packets it doesn't
appear that any traffic is being forwarded to the destination server so
its being rejected at the ISA server.

the "public" url (isa) is 10.8.35.60

the "private" url (lab machine) is 10.8.32.187

To tab is 10.8.32.187 (requests appear to come from isa)
traffic is http only
Paths is ext: <same as internal>, internal: /Viz

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Can you set the internal path to /vis/* and give that a try?
