How can i configure permissions to a new domain user, avoiding this kind of
message when browsing MS CRM by IE:

I ran into the same problem .. and I think the problem is
if you are following the installation guide, then you
would have added the users from AD to the CRM and assigned
them Licenses, before going onto import the sampledata.
The idea is you should have 5 free licenses to use with
the list of 5 AD users in the sampledata import wizard.
So just make sure that the Administrator account is the
only one with CRM license, prior to running the importdata
wizard. Do not assign licenses to other users. The Wizard
it seems will do the License assignment.
