licensing?

Hi,

We would like to include some sort of a scripting ability in our
application, and are considering using the Microsoft ActiveX scripting to
run VBScript and JScript scripts dynamically.

Can we use and distribute the scripting components for free - or is there
some payment/royalty involved?
