Default Licensing

I have recently optained the license packs for terminal
license server from the microsoft warehouse using my
product Id. During setup the wizard asks for an
authorization # and License #. We currently have a
enterprise license, are licenses for terminal services an
additional cost and if not where would I get this
information? Your help and suggestions are greatly
appreciated.

Default Licensing

We have a web application where we want to enforce simple licensing.
Whenever a new user is created using the web app. it should check if the
number of users is valid or not. If it exceeds the number of allowed users
we should display a proper message. I have heard that we can make this work
using public/private keys. Can anyone help

TSCALs are always issued on a first come first servced
basis. Those unused licenses will return to the free
license pool in around 90 days after their last use.

There is no way to revoke licenses from a specific
computer.

However, can can move the license once.

Default licensing

I have an application that will be running on a 2
processor machine and will use SQL server 2000.
Application has no specific requirement for any particular
SQL Server edition. Only the application will be accessing
and manipulating the data no user will connect to the
database.
Question: What type of licensing will be better?
If we go for server license either edition, do I need to
buy 2 licenses or 1. Will I need to buy any CAL even
though no user will be connecting to the database only the
app will access the database.

Thanks
