login failed for user 'NT Authority\Anonymous
This would indicate that the SQL Server cannot discern the account that is
being used for the BizTalk Messaging Service and so falls back to Anonymous
which by default is not allowed access. Are your BizTalk Server and SQL
Server in different domains? What account have you configured your BizTalk
Messaging Service to LogOn as?
